Application Process
The admission form is available online, and all applications must be completed through the college’s e-portal. Payment for the application fee is to be made using an ATM debit card on the portal.

- Complete the registration form by providing your:
- Surname, First Name, and Middle Name
- Email address (only Gmail accounts are accepted)
- Phone number
- Verify your email by clicking on the verification link sent to your Gmail.
- Upload a passport photograph (not exceeding 25KB, with a red background).
- Make payment via the online portal. The application fees are:
- ₦15,000 – National Diploma (ND) courses
- ₦15,000 – Higher National Diploma (HND) courses
- ₦15,000 – Other applications
- Print your payment receipt after successful payment.
- Fill in the application form, providing academic qualifications and chosen courses.
- Print the following documents after submission:
- Acknowledgment/examination permit slip
- Completed application form
- Referee form
Important Notes for Applicants
✅ All application payments must be made personally. Do not rely on third parties.
✅ Candidates for Public Health Nursing must be graduates of a School of Nursing, not secondary school leavers.
✅ Public Health Technician programs are available for secondary school leavers.

General Admission Requirements
National Diploma (ND) & Higher National Diploma (HND)
To qualify for admission, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- ND Applicants: Five (5) O’ Level credits in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics (not more than two sittings).
- HND Applicants:
- Completed a relevant ND program with a minimum of Lower Credit.
- Five (5) O’ Level credits in required subjects.
- Evidence of completing a one-year Industrial Training (IT).
- HND Duration: Four (4) semesters (two academic sessions), including practical attachment.
Certified Pharmacy Technician Program
The Pharmacist Council of Nigeria (PCN) has approved a Refresher Course Program for Pharmacy Technicians who graduated before 2017. This certification allows them to gain Direct Entry admission into Faculties of Pharmacy/Pharmaceutical Sciences at accredited universities.
Remedial Studies Program
This program is designed to help candidates with O’ Level deficiencies meet admission requirements. Successful candidates who complete the six-month remedial program will gain automatic admission into their chosen course of study at the College of Health Technology, Offa.
Eligibility for Remedial Admission:
✔️ A minimum CGPA of 2.0 in O’ Level subjects studied during the remedial program.
✔️ Must have remedied all O’ Level deficiencies before progressing to a full-time course.
