The 2026 World Economic Forum Early Career Program offers 15 different internship options for young leaders to engage with the foremost political, business, and other leaders of society to build coalitions, projects, and initiatives.

The Early Career Program offers a monthly CHF 4500 Salary and Medical allowance for selected individuals for a full-time onsite employment contract of 6 months at a World Economic Forum office in Geneva, Mumbai, Beijing, and Tokyo.

The World Economic Forum Early Career Program believes that talents are an essential and vibrant part of our Organization.

The World Economic Forum, committed to improving the state of the world, is the International Organization for Public-Private Cooperation, with a goal of – digitally and physically – addressing industry, regional, and systemic issues.

Through her Early Career Programme, we welcome young professionals with a wide variety of backgrounds, perspectives, skills, and experiences.

Requirements for the 2026 World Economic Forum WEF Early Career Program
Intrested applicants for World Economic Forum Early Career Program must meet the following requirements;

Bachelor’s degree and between 1-2 years of relevant work experience
Be available for a period of 6 months
Sharp mind for solving problems and finding solutions.
Clear communicator who connects with others.
Adaptable and thrives in new situations.
Team player who builds strong relationships.
Interest and experience in programme and project management, leadership development and community management
Experience writing for a professional audience and digital publishing and/or content creation.
Perfect command of verbal and written English; with excellent professional writing skills in English
Digital native comfortable with a variety of collaboration tools, proficient in MS Office and Salesforce or other CRM software (database management experience an asset).

Benefit of the World Economic Forum Early Career Program 2026
Full-time onsite employment contract of 6 months at a World Economic Forum office in Geneva, Mumbai, Beijing, and Tokyo.
Monthly Gross Compensation of:
CHF 4500 (Salary and Medical allowance) for Switzerland

INR 91600 (salary) for India
CNY 12500 (salary) for China
JPY 333’333 (Salary) for Japan
