Ruth Titilayo Educational Foundation is pleased to offer several scholarships, awarded to successful applicants who are currently studying within Nigeria.
The scholarships are open and awarded to applicants enrolled in secondary, tertiary (undergraduate and postgraduate), polytechnics, and vocational institutes within the federation.

Eligibility Requirements for Ruth Titilayo Foundation RTF Scholarship:
To be considered for the Ruth Titilayo Foundation RTF Scholarship, you must:Be a Nigerian citizen.
Be a student currently enrolled in secondary, vocational, and technical, undergraduate (university or polytechnic), or postgraduate level of study.
Possess a strong academic background.
Demonstrate a commitment to your studies and a passion for education.
Be under the age of 25
Submit your application before the specified deadline.
Final year undergraduates are also eligible for the Ruth Titilayo Foundation Undergraduate scholarship.
Benefits of Ruth Titilayo Foundation Scholarship 2025
The RTEF Scholarship provides its beneficiaries with comprehensive financial support to ensure they can focus on their education and academic goals.
The scholarship covers the following expenses:
- tuition allowance up to #100,000
- maintenance allowance up to #15,000 – #20,000
Further allowances for example internal travel costs associated with the course of study or research and fieldwork expenses – are paid at the discretion of the committee.

How to Apply for Ruth Titilayo Foundation Scholarship 2024 (Step by Step)
To apply for the 2024 Ruth Titilayo Foundation Scholarship, interested and qualified candidates should;

- Select your education level and click on APPLY to begin your application.
- Complete and SUBMIT the on-line application form on this website. This will include attached copies of your current school result, two reference letters from your tutors, a personal statement, and any supporting documents.
Email all supporting documents to undergrad.grants@ruthtitilayofoundation.org with your Full Name as the subject of the email.
If you are shortlisted, you will be invited for an online interview where you will be asked a series of competency based questions related to your current year group.
The application window will run from 1st October 2024 to 31st October 2024.
Shortlisted candidates will be contacted from the 11th November 2024. This will be followed by an interview in December 2024 and scholarship awards to successful candidates
